This AI Disclaimer explains how LocalMark.AI uses artificial intelligence features in reports, summaries, recommendations, task lists, marketing post drafts, and related product areas. LocalMark.AI is operated by BRILHORDEIRO - UNIPESSOAL LDA, doing business as LocalMark.AI, if applicable. The operator is established in PORTUGAL, with mailing address RUA DO VISCONDE DE ANADIA 11A, FUNCHAL, MADEIRA PORTGUAL.
LocalMark.AI is intended only for businesses located in the United States and authorized representatives of those United States businesses. LocalMark.AI is not intended for EU, EEA, UK, or non-US customers, consumers, or businesses through this site. AI features are designed for United States local business marketing contexts and may not be suitable for non-US legal, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, or business requirements.
LocalMark.AI may use AI providers and language models to generate plain-English report sections, summarize structured audit evidence, explain findings, create task plan language, draft marketing posts, suggest captions, suggest hashtags, create review request drafts, create FAQ-style content, and prepare other business-friendly explanations. AI is used to explain and draft from available evidence; it is not used as the sole source of audit facts or deterministic scores.
LocalMark.AI is designed to use structured evidence, crawler results, Google Places data when available, competitor snapshots, deterministic scoring, and stored audit findings before asking AI to explain or draft content. AI-generated text should be based on evidence available to the system, but the output may still contain mistakes, omissions, unsuitable wording, or unsupported implications. You must review all AI output before using it.
AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, repetitive, inconsistent, biased, unsuitable, or not specific enough for your business. AI may misunderstand context, overstate a point, omit important details, or phrase content in a way that needs editing. LocalMark.AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, legal, compliant, effective, or appropriate for your business.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, approving, and legally validating all AI-generated content before publishing, sending, relying on, or acting on it. This includes report text, task descriptions, marketing posts, captions, hashtags, review requests, FAQ answers, service descriptions, website copy suggestions, and any other AI-assisted output.

LocalMark.AI reports and recommendations are informational tools only.
Marketing post drafts, captions, hashtags, review requests, email ideas, website copy suggestions, and FAQ answers generated by AI are drafts only. You must confirm that any published content is truthful, accurate, non-misleading, legally compliant, platform-compliant, and appropriate for your business. You may not publish AI-generated content that makes false claims, unsupported guarantees, fake reviews, deceptive advertising claims, misleading pricing claims, unlawful promotions, or claims requiring proof you do not have.
If your business operates in a regulated industry, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content complies with all licensing, advertising, disclosure, professional, and industry-specific rules. This may include healthcare, legal services, financial services, insurance, real estate, home services, education, transportation, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, firearms, security, and other regulated categories.
AI-generated review request drafts or reputation-related suggestions must be reviewed carefully. You may not use LocalMark.AI to create fake reviews, misleading testimonials, undisclosed endorsements, review gating, review suppression, deceptive review requests, or reputation practices that violate applicable law, platform rules, or customer trust standards.

AI provider retention, logging, abuse monitoring, and model-training practices may vary by provider, plan, API setting, and contract terms. Current AI provider: OpenAI API. LocalMark AI uses the OpenAI API to generate AI-assisted report explanations, 30-day task language, and marketing post drafts. OpenAI states that, as of March 1, 2023, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI may securely retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to provide the service and identify abuse, except for certain endpoints, features, or different data-retention arrangements described in OpenAI’s platform documentation. OpenAI states that business data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential customer information, regulated data, protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, passwords, secrets, private keys, or other sensitive information into business profiles, support messages, report notes, or other fields unless expressly required and legally permitted. AI outputs may be based on business information you provide, public website content, crawl evidence, Google Places data when available, competitor snapshots, and stored audit findings. If that source information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, or misleading, AI-generated outputs may also be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or misleading.
AI can help draft and explain, but it cannot replace human judgment. You should consider your business context, customer expectations, local laws, advertising rules, industry standards, platform policies, brand voice, available proof, and professional advice before using LocalMark.AI outputs.
LocalMark scores and findings may use deterministic rules and structured evidence, while AI may be used to explain those findings in business-friendly language. Scores, findings, and AI explanations are not certifications, guarantees, audits of every possible issue, legal conclusions, or proof that a business will improve.
AI-assisted tasks and recommendations are suggested actions based on available evidence. You are responsible for deciding whether a task is appropriate, safe, legal, affordable, technically feasible, and aligned with your business goals. You should not make website, legal, advertising, or operational changes solely because an AI-generated task suggests it.
AI features may be delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, incomplete, changed, or removed because of provider limits, cost controls, system load, errors, model updates, policy changes, or product decisions. AI outputs may differ from one generation to another, and regenerated content may not match prior content.
LocalMark.AI may apply safeguards, validation, prompts, formatting rules, and evidence constraints, but we do not guarantee that every AI-generated output is reviewed by a human before being shown to you. You are responsible for final review and approval.
You may not use AI-generated LocalMark.AI outputs for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or high-risk purposes.
