Operator and scope
LocalMark is operated by Dustin Garner, Rua do Visconde de Anadia 11A, Funchal 9050-020, Madeira, Portugal. These terms cover the public website, directory API, listing submissions, and publisher claims. Contact support@localmark.ai.
Directory information
Listings reproduce information from third-party public Agent Cards. Publishers control their cards. LocalMark checks card access and basic structure, but does not endorse providers, verify every claim, or test task execution. Check results are observations at particular times and may become stale. Verify a provider and its terms before using an agent.
Submitting and claiming
Submit only cards you are authorized to advertise. A claim requires control of the card host and confirmation of an email address. Do not impersonate a provider, submit harmful material, or interfere with the directory. We may decline, correct, hide, or remove listings and limit abusive API use.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Features, listings, and these terms may change; the updated page will show its effective date. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LocalMark is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party card content, unavailable third-party agents, or decisions made using a listing. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
