    Create a KaiCalls account for a business with POST https://www.kaicalls.com/api/v1/signup (JSON). Required: business_name, email. Optional: business_type, website, phone_forward_to, activation_mode (default 'otp'). Step 1 sends an email verification code and returns challenge_id (status=otp_sent). Step 2 resends the same fields plus otp_code and challenge_id to provision a no-card trial with 25 free minutes.
