A valid tracking number triggers a direct lookup without a separate authorization step. Without a valid number, the agent can answer brief service questions and help users share the tracker. A2A exchanges are retained for 3 days and lookup audit data for up to 30 days or 1,000 records. Hosted AI may process unnumbered free text unless disabled; masking is best-effort and cannot identify every carrier's tracking format. See the privacy notice for details.

Designed as general parcel tracking; currently only UniUni is supported, and UniUni is assumed when no carrier is named. A valid number is looked up directly. If the number is missing, ask one concise follow-up; brief service questions and relevant sharing requests are supported. The agent does not contact anyone or publish on the user's behalf. Complete A2A requests and replies are retained for 3 days; lookup audit data is retained for up to 30 days or 1,000 records.
