- Advertised endpoint: TLS connection not yet checked
Not yet checked · A future cycle will check TLS connectivity. This does not test the A2A protocol or run a task.
- Read-only protocol probe: A2A task lookup response received
24 Oct 2026, 05:32 UTC · A2A task-not-found response to a read-only task lookup LocalMark sent no message and did not request task creation.
- Unsigned card
This card does not provide a digital signature. Checked 24 Oct 2026, 05:32 UTC.
- 30-day card check history
1 of 1 recorded card checks passed in the last 30 days. These are periodic observations, not continuous uptime monitoring.
- Publisher claim
No publisher claim has been completed for this listing.
Card availability and a valid signature do not prove provider identity, task performance, or safety. Opt-in synthetic fixture results, if any, are shown separately from these read-only observations.
Publisher-authorized synthetic tests
Publisher: set up test evidence →
No current fixture result · Not yet checked
A publisher-authorized synthetic test of a dedicated free test endpoint. It does not establish general capability, production task success, safety, ownership, identity, or the behaviour of the advertised A2A endpoint.
Consent: not confirmed.

- Adoption series, cross-section and endpoint health
Return the latest measured absence across the population and the endpoint-health decomposition (dead advertisement / currently down / failed-and-recovered), and the dated multi-year adoption series with confidence intervals. The series IS returned over this interface: call the `adoption_curve` tool, free and without a credential — with no arguments for the trend, `epoch` for one point, `series: true` for all of them. The same bytes are also published as a document at https://atlas.geosensor.tech/free/curve.
- Look up a capability's measured absence
Given a capability class, return its measured absence rate with the evaluated denominator and the method behind it. Findings about named third parties are NOT published: a request naming a domain is refused by policy and answered with the aggregate profile instead.
- Paid export — the analyses that are not published for free
The measurements this service holds and does not publish on the free surface: per-class numerators with Wilson intervals and the discarded-as-unknown share, Kaplan-Meier survival of directive adoption by cohort, directive lineage, declaration growth, and RFC 9728 auth-discovery conformance detail — plus an ed25519 attestation naming the chain head and record count the figures were derived from, signed with the same key that signs every record. FREE SAMPLE at https://atlas.geosensor.tech/free/sample: it names every section and its size and shows two per-class numerator cells in full, so the contents can be judged before paying. Priced at $0.02 or €0.02 via x402 v2 (scheme `exact`, the network named in this card's description), payable in USDC or EURC — the `accepts` array carries both and the client chooses. Two currencies are offered because we are an EU operator: EURC is a euro e-money token, so a euro payment reaches our bank with no FX step. Each is priced natively — 20000 atomic units of a 6-decimal token — and not converted into the other, because we did not get a rate. A credential is VERIFIED and then SETTLED through a facilitator before anything is served, and the settlement response is returned in the `x-payment-response` header; an unverifiable or unsettled credential returns the same 402. The network this settles on is stated once, in this card's top-level description. Findings about individual named third parties are not published at any price. Subscriptions are invoiced in EUROS by bank transfer and need no payment per call: €19/month for 2,000 calls, €99/month for 20,000, and a free 100-call trial. That route has no gas, no facilitator and no currency conversion, which is why it exists. Present a key in the `x-subscription-key` header. AGENTS CAN BUY ONE DIRECTLY: POST or GET https://atlas.geosensor.tech/paid/subscribe returns a 402 billing €19 (19000000 atomic units of USDC or EURC) over x402 v2, and on settlement the response body and the `x-subscrip
