- Register agent identity
POST /v1/agents/register is fail-closed: pay the $0.002 stamp from a wallet with USDC, or bind that wallet to a collected receipt it paid. A detectable EOA must personal_sign. A smart account proves ERC-1271. Demo receipts do not qualify.
