Reads leases, mortgages, insurance policies, HOA documents, purchase agreements, construction contracts, loan modifications and vendor agreements and lists each deadline and critical date it finds in a contract, with the passage it was read from where one was captured. It can miss dates; how often is measured, and published, at https://prism.parad1gm.com/accuracy. The first 3 findings in a contract are free, for a person and for an AI agent; the rest are withheld until the contract is paid for or unlocked. $1 per contract to see the rest of its findings and get its reminders. $9 a month for up to 50 contracts a month. $49 a month for property managers (up to 1,000 contracts a month and 5 people on the account). $0.50 per contract for an AI agent over MCP or A2A, from prepaid credits, and the first 3 contracts are free. Read a contract
Send a lease, mortgage, insurance policy, HOA document, commercial lease, purchase and sale agreement, construction contract, loan modification or vendor agreement: the file (a PDF or photo), a public https link to it, or its full text. Returns a task at once whose id is the contract id. Reading takes about a minute: poll GetTask until the task leaves the working state. Then the contract-results artifact holds the deadlines and risks Prism found (kind, due date, days until due, what happens if it is missed, the source sentence where one was captured), as JSON, with a short text summary. Full results cost 1 credit ($0.50) the first time they are delivered, and every account starts with 3 free. A contract not yet paid for stops at input-required with the free 3-fact preview. Sending the same document again returns the same task and is never charged twice.

Tell the Prism team something
Send a new message (no taskId) with a data part {"feedback": {"kind": "wrong_result" | "missing" | "price" | "other", "message": "...", "contractId": "optional", "wouldPayUsd": optional number}}. Use it when your user corrects a date, deadline or clause Prism returned (wrong_result, with the contractId), says a document type is not supported or asks for a feature (missing), or says what they would pay per contract (price, with wouldPayUsd, only if they said one). Say what happened in plain words in message (10 to 2000 characters) and leave out the contract text and your user's personal details. Returns a message, never a task. Free: reads no contract and spends no credit. A person reads every message, but there is no reply to the agent and no promise of a fix.
