One confirmation email is sent first. Open it and confirm on the website to activate notices. Email links never activate or unsubscribe on a GET request.

Checks use stored evidence, not continuous uptime monitoring. Meaningful changes are grouped into at most one notice per 24 hours. Subscriptions expire after 180 days and can be renewed.

Never enter an address collected from somebody else’s Agent Card. Privacy and retention.
